What is Staking ?
This process allows the cryptocurrency owners to earn a staking reward for their participation in the network.
At a very basic level, “staking” means locking your crypto assets in a proof-of-stake blockchain for a certain period of time. These locked assets are used to achieve consensus, which is required to secure the network and ensure the validity of every new transaction to be written to the blockchain. Those who stake their coins in a PoS blockchain are usually called “validators.” For locking their assets and providing services to the blockchain, validators are rewarded with new coins from the network.

1. STAKING ON UNIREAP
At the moment, UniREAP only exist on Telegram where users can stake REAP tokens to gain a certain percentage according to the amount of REAP staked.
The staking reward on UniREAP is compounded daily, based on the REAP amount in your balance. To check your balance, use the command “/UniREAPbalance”:
? More than 5,000 REAP ➡️ 10% Weekly
? More than 10,000 REAP ➡️ 20% Monthly
? More than 50,000 REAP ➡️ 30% Annually
??Stake your tokens and get weekly, monthly, and annual rewards for staking (coin accrual) REAP tokens.
⛏ Unstake tokens — on UniREAP, there is no unstake fee, you can withdraw your tokens anytime and anyday.
? Top up your wallet by using the/UniREAPbalance command.
⛏ Claim Rewards — When you stake REAP, the smart contract sets the time and date for your rewards to be ready for claim.
2. Liquidity Made Easy. Introducing UniREAP (AMM on Telegram)
UniREAP is basically “Uniswap meets Telegram”. It is an AMM on telegram. It allows you to stake, add liquidity and REAP tokens whenever you want.
We are going to introduce Liquidity Pools directly in the REAPit Wallet on telegram. This function will make it very possible for users to add liquidity to their favorite defi projects and like we said, no sign in up, no Metamask, just simplicity.
Since we will be running liquidity through the REAPit Wallet, the goal is to provide an easy and faster way for LP providers to interact with a smart contract of any project they support.
Once this goes live, users will be able to stake liquidity for REAP and their favorite projects directly from the REAPit Wallet. In return, you’ll get the normal transaction fees + additional tokens.
We don’t “think” it’s a solution, we know it’s a solution. Our mission from day one of this idea right to the Proof of concept stage is to create a much more conducive ecosystem for new projects and liquidity providers.
On REAPit Wallet, % of fees is not the only benefit you get. You also get good returns together with the bonus that particular is giving out.
We aim to be the goto defi DApp where both people in and out of the crypto world can coexist, add liquidity to their favorite projects in a very simple way, and then serve as a medium for them to be a part of those projects without leaving their social app.
